24 Lucky subscribers across all 4 DStv bouquets have been rewarded with 12months subscription for their loyalty to DStv. Between
January and March 2014 , DStv subscribers were encouraged to pay their
subscriptions before their due date in order to stand a chance to win 12
months subscription. Some of the winners include Mr. Attuquayfio, a CEO
of a private company, Mr. Francis Dakla, a Police Officer, Mrs. Appaw,
an accountant and Mr. Mensah, a pilot.
Most
of the winning subscribers were extremely shocked and excited to hear
the news as they believe this is a great reward from DStv for their
loyalty over the years. Some of the winners have been DStv subscribers
for over 20 years and were of the view that the DStv Rewards Campaign is
a great initiative to say thank you to subscribers.

DStv
is currently gearing up to screen the World Cup on Surpersports where
all 64 matches will be shown in HD pictures and sound.And
for the first time, the World of Champions’ presentation will include
augmented reality, utilising the latest technology. Using high-end
graphics, SuperSport will take viewers into 3-D representations of all
stadiums, enabling experts to analyse the game like never before. This
is the first time this technology will be used on the continent.
SuperSport has also rolled out a galaxy of football idols who will be analysing matches. Bayern Munich legend and Ghanaian retired defender, Sammy Kuffour joins big-name
football personalities; Manchester United superstar Ryan Giggs, former
World Cup winner Marcel Desailly of France, English legend John Barnes
and former Spanish star Gaizka Mendieta.
They
will also be joined by Jay Jay Okocha and Sunday Oliseh (Nigeria) Shaun
