M.anifest made New brand Ambassador For expressPay

Ghanaian Rapper M.anifest has signed with eCommerce company expressPay as its brand ambassador.

expressPay is the most secure and convenient way of paying bills online and on mobile phones in Ghana. With highly-rated security features comparable to credit card companies like Mastercard and Visa, expressPay is a click away from making the lives of many Ghanaians easier at very little cost.

“I have been using expressPay for the past 8 months and I can personally vouch for how awesome, convenient and safe it is,” M.anifest said. “It’s made my life easier! I haven’t had to run out of the house in the middle of the night searching for phone credits, having been able to do that with only a few clicks using expressPay.”

The company recently announced the ability for customers to pay their DStv and GOtv bills through their platform.

In two minutes users can download the app onto their phones and begin making payments towards utilities like water, internet and television bills among others.

expressPay is an indigenous company founded by Ghanaian MIT alumni. Recognizing the need for easy solutions to payment challenges, Messrs Kodjo Hesse, William Tetteh, Curtis Vanderpuije and Kwei Hesse formed ExpressPay in 2012.
‘I have always believed in African solutions to our problems so this is an easy fit for me,’ M.anifest added.

For his part, Chief Executive Officer Curtis Vanderpuije of expressPay notes, “In Ghana, we find that we spend far too much time on what should ordinarily take a few minutes to do. From the time we spend in traffic getting to work, to the time we take paying down those bills.

expressPay is designed to address some of the challenges we face in this regard. While we cannot single-handedly solve the traffic problem, we have provided an innovative solution to the payments problem.”
